How to Play

Only registered members can login to the member's page. Here they will see five main banner advertisements with five question boxes below them. By clicking on any of the five banners, a question will be released. Each question takes three seconds to release. The timer attached to each question starts counting from the second the question appears to the instant it is answered.

Questions relating to the five main banners are available from one o'clock in the morning with a closing of time of twelve o'clock that night.

Each question is answered by typing into the input field next to the question, then pressing the go button.

Study the banner advertisements carefully before answering the clue as the clue to the answer may relate to the banner you are looking at. Going back to check will waste valuable time.

The object of the game is to answer all questions correctly and as quickly as possible. The participant who answers the most questions correctly in the quickest time will win that week's top prize.

Only after completing the fifth question will the participants be able to see the five quickest answer times and the players who achieved them. Whether the answers are correct or not will not be shown. The correct answers and times can be seen for the participant when he/she logs in on the Friday of that week.

Participants can start playing Cluehunt at any time throughout the day. However you will not be able to answer any questions from previous days. This would mean that you will lose out on five or more questions for that week. We also will only accept your first answer. Remember - it's the right answers first and then the times that count. The game takes place from Monday to Thursday.

Rules of the Game

1. All participants are required to tick the Cluehunt Terms and Conditions box to state that they have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

2. The game must be played as an individual. Playing as a team is unfair to individual players and will be considered to be cheating.

3. Cluehunt is carefully monitored for cheating of any type. Any players found to be breaking the rules will lose the right to claim prizes and will be banned from the game immediately.

4. The answers to the questions must be absolutely correct. Answers with missing or misspelled words will be judged incorrect.

5. If one of the main banner advertisement's websites becomes unavailable, the times taken for the participants to answer the related question will be voided.

6. In the unlikely event that the Cluehunt site becomes unavailable, the game for that day or days will be void.

7. In the event of one or more players having all correct answers and times the main prize will be divided equally.

8. You must be at least 18 years of age in order to register and play the game.
